Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to qavliro.com and purchases submitted through the QAVLIRO online store.

SECTION 01

Store Operator & Acceptance

QAVLIRO is owned and operated by Hangzhou Aigenxin Technology Co., Ltd. By using qavliro.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the store policies applicable to your activity or transaction. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order.

SECTION 02

Eligibility

To purchase independently, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement where you live. Otherwise, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

SECTION 03

Customer Accounts

If account functionality is available, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting login credentials, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

SECTION 04

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Colors may appear differently because of photography, lighting, screen settings, and display calibration. Measurements and weights may be subject to reasonable variation.

QAVLIRO offers home and seasonal décor, including decorative lanterns, bookends, ornaments, figurines, and other accents. Minor differences in finish, texture, color tone, dimensions, weight, or hand-applied details may occur and are not necessarily defects.

SECTION 05

Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, and fulfillment checks may be required.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of payment failure, unsuccessful verification, suspected fraud or abuse, unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or product-information error, legal or shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill or deliver. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

SECTION 06

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly displayed. Before payment, checkout shows product prices, shipping, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final total. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method.

SECTION 07

Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days, or up to 5 business days during busy periods. Standard carrier transit to supported U.S. destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. SECTION 08

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. After an approved return is received, inspected, and accepted, the eligible refund will be initiated within 5–10 business days. No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. See our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 09

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order promptly. Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Include your order number and relevant photographs or videos. We will provide an appropriate solution for a confirmed error attributable to us.

SECTION 10

Order Changes & Cancellations

Submit requests promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

SECTION 11

Promotions & Discount Codes

Offers may have expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, exclusions, availability limits, usage limits, or other stated conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash or combined. Apply discounts before checkout is completed.

SECTION 12

Product Use & Safety

Products must be used lawfully and in accordance with the applicable description, care guidance, specifications, and safety instructions.

Decorative lanterns, ornaments, bookends, figurines, glass elements, and assembled accents may be heavy, breakable, irregular, electrically powered, or include delicate surfaces or components. Place products on stable surfaces and keep them away from small children, pets, moisture, open flame, or furniture edges where appropriate. Battery-operated or illuminated products should be used only with the specified power source.

SECTION 13

Bulk Purchases & Resale

Contact us before placing unusually large, wholesale, or resale orders so availability and applicable terms can be confirmed. Purchasing for resale does not authorize anyone to represent itself as an official QAVLIRO distributor, agent, partner, or retailer without prior written permission.

SECTION 14

Intellectual Property

The QAVLIRO name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, and original store content are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by the operator and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Store content may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization except where law permits.

SECTION 15

Reviews & Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use it in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may decline or remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, privacy-invasive, or irrelevant content.

SECTION 16

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the store to commit fraud or unlawful activity; submit false or unauthorized payment information; interfere with website security or availability; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; unlawfully collect information about others; infringe legal rights; or misrepresent your identity or relationship with QAVLIRO.

Third-Party Services & Links

Our store uses Shopify and may rely on third-party payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, communication, and other providers. Third-party services and websites are governed by their own terms and policies.

SECTION 18

Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, transport restrictions, labor disruptions, government action, customs delays, infrastructure failure, or widespread technical outages. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate available information and provide an appropriate solution.

SECTION 19

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and store services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, transactions, or product use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

SECTION 20

Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms and store purchases are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections based on the transaction or customer location. If a dispute occurs, contact customer support first so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution.

SECTION 21

Severability & No Waiver

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not necessarily waive future enforcement.

SECTION 22

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our services, business practices, technology, policies, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted here with an updated date. Unless law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted generally applies to that transaction.
