Installation

Give the Solar Panel a Clear View of the Sky

Test the location. Choose a wall receiving several hours of unobstructed direct sunlight. Covered porches may reduce charging.

Secure the bracket. Mount to a sound substrate using fasteners rated for the wall type and product weight.

Attach the lantern. Keep the fixture upright, tighten all hardware and verify it cannot shift.

Switch on and charge. Set the protected switch to ON and allow one or two full sunny days for the initial charge.

Placement note: Keep the solar panel away from competing nighttime light sources, which may prevent the dusk sensor from activating correctly.

Care & Seasonal Use

Keep the Panel Clear, and the Glow Consistent

Solar panel	Wipe periodically with a soft damp cloth. Dust, leaves, snow and pollen can reduce charging performance.
Frame and glass	Clean with mild soap and water. Dry with a non-abrasive cloth.
Avoid	Solvents, abrasive pads, pressure washing and direct sprinkler spray.
Low winter output	Short days and cold temperatures may reduce charge and operating time; this does not necessarily indicate a defect.
Storage	For extended storage, switch the lantern off, clean and dry it, then store in a cool, dry location.
